The weather here in Broadbeach is absolutely fabulous. There is hardly a cloud in the sky, the sun is shining and the temperature is almost perfect. Yesterday there was a bit too much wind around but today it has gone. Who can believe it is winter. This is the time to be out and about looking at property especially from highrises as the views are spectacular.
Broadbeach holds at least 3 music festivals a year - Blues, Country and Jazz.
The Broadbeach Jazz Festival will be held next weekend 16th August 2013. If the weather keeps up it is going to be an awesome weekend. Our office is situated less that 5 metres from the northern stage and yes, it is noisy, but we do just close the door and enjoy the whole experience.
